Child's Story
Danny Kamwendo aged 8, born on 7th November, 2014, he resides in Wasala Community under the care of his mother as a primary caregiver. Being raised by his mother who has much influence on the boy’s life affairs, it’s Danny’s heartily desire that he gets access to education just as any other child is privileged.

The vulnerability of the child has been accompanied by many struggles which call for intervention from well-wishers. Danny Lives in a two roomed rented makeshift house with his family. It hurts to see the condition in which the family thrives to meet rental payments and meet all family needs. As the saying goes ‘dreams don’t die’, Danny has a dream to become a teacher with the primary goal of redeeming the family from on-going life challenges.

Danny’s faith for a change of story is expressed through his prayer request that God should help his family. His willingness to receive advice and guidance is a definite guarantee for a well raised up child. However, it would be of a great duty if we stand with him by demonstrating unconditional love and kindness, which yields long lasting joy in the life Danny.
